Whether you need an additional garage bay or bathroom, we can help! Adding on a bedroom, screened-in porch or handicap-access bathroom is not an issue. Our estimates are free and can help to determine if staying put or relocating would make the most sense. Sometimes a home just needs an interior face-lift to help increase its value by changing out bath fixtures, updating a kitchen and possibly new trim. Going from old to new can be fun and rewarding…without moving! 

Home Maintenance

If your job is small, that’s okay, we will handle custom interior and exterior additions or remodeling for you. Tatum Construction can add your new deck, paint your interior walls, repair your damaged walls, dress up your exterior with rock, stucco or siding, add that patio with concrete or pavers…the possibility are endless!
